Distributed infrastructure

UNICO's own infrastructure is transparently distributed to ensure redundancy and optimize delays.

But many customers prefer to add an additional level of capillarity by implementing a UNICO server (also available in cluster option), replicating all media processing capabilities in their own environment: all media streams remain within their own network to improve confidentiality and resilience . Thus, only the call and meeting management signaling travels to UNICO.

In all configurations, UNICO always keeps each of its functionalities available to users.
